Public Offer Agreement

General Provisions

This document is an official offer by Arcana (hereinafter referred to as the 'Seller') to conclude a contract of sale for goods/services listed on the website https://arcana-3d.com/, with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the 'Buyer').

Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to deliver goods/services presented on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance is the act of placing an order on the website and/or making payment. From the moment of acceptance, the Agreement is considered concluded.

Price and Payment Procedure

• The cost of goods is determined on the website.
• Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) through available methods: [bank card, online payment, etc.].
• Confirmation of payment is an electronic receipt/notification from the payment system.

Delivery

• Delivery is carried out by services [Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.].
• Delivery time and cost depend on the chosen method.
• The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the delivery service.

Returns and Exchanges

• The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection'.
• Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
• Goods of proper quality with individually defined properties are not subject to return.

Liability of the Parties

• The Seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties (delivery services, payment systems).
• The Buyer must provide accurate data for order processing.
• In case of violation of the Agreement, the parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached — in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Final Provisions

• The Seller has the right to change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice by publishing a new version on the website.
• The Agreement is valid until the parties fulfill their obligations.
